Tomorrow is the first day of the New Year. Got your resolutions ready? Probably not because why would you? You’ve tried making those before but you never stick to them so why bother doing it again? Because you can’t change anything unless you decide to make a change. Nothing happens unless you make it happen and actions don’t usually happen spontaneously. Even if it feels like it more often than not you’ve been thinking about doing it anyway. And for most of us the thinking part is easy; it’s finding the motivation to do those things that’s hard.
